DIVE INTO THE PROPER FIGHTING TECHNIQUE BEHIND MUAY THAI

This class focuses on the proper step work needed to practice Muay Thai successfully. With the opportunity to learn from professional Muay Thai Competitors with numerous wins in Thailand under their belts, trainees from beginners to professionals will find the knowledge and understanding they learn from this course is unparalleled. You’ll learn how to step properly, using Muay Femur and Muay Khao techniques, while growing in your strength, agility, and muscle mass. This class is adults-only.

FOCUS ON HONING TECHNIQUES LEARNED DURING GROUP SESSIONS

Taught in an open gym style, this class gives current students the opportunity to continue their learning in an inviting and accepting group session style. All abilities are welcome. Work one-on-one with instructors with a focus in sparring and clenching. Bring techniques taught in earlier lessons to class and focus-in on perfecting every step. Continue exercising and challenging yourself with bag work. This class is adultsonly.

 Yes. Muay Thai teaches students to leverage their own weight as well as their opponent’s weight. Students learn practical moves that are ideal for self-defense – and in the process, they’ll build good reflexes.

Muay Thai is not dangerous for beginners, especially if you wear the proper equipment. If you choose to compete, there is some risk of injury. Here again, though, proper protection can help you minimize injuries in the ring.

Overall love the energy here, since i started i feel like I’ve learnt a lot and gotten amazing tips from everyone . Coaches are detailed and patient (coming from someone with little to no rhythm) they really take the time to not only makes sure you’re safe but also actively learning. Daisy and TJ are some of the best and most knowledgeable people you could meet in the Muay Thai community. I started training with them remotely at the beginning of the pandemic just after they returned from Thailand. They’ve become good friends.
