This class focuses on the proper step work needed to practice Muay Thai successfully. Taught in an open gym style, this class gives current students the opportunity to continue their learning in an inviting and accepting group session style. All abilities are welcome. Work one-on-one with instructors with a focus in sparring and clenching. Bring techniques taught in earlier lessons to class and focus-in on perfecting every step.
